I have been taking photos for 43 years since the birth of my son and daughter. My 2 small children were my inspiration. When their patience ran out, I started my own family portrait business for 20 years. I now have moved into creating art through photography.

For me, photography is all about connection: capturing the physical side of people while connecting with the subject’s and viewer’s emotional sides.

I have a BS in Education from the University of Wisconsin and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Development at Northeastern University.

I have taught photography classes at The Art Center of Highland Park. I am a member of Filter Photo. I have had exhibits at Starbucks in Glencoe for 5 years and at Arriva Dolche Cafe and Perfect Blend in Highland Park.
